The partners realised that the quality of the food we are producing is dependent on the preservation of the Sliabh Beagh landscape. There is an important symbiosis between our customers enjoying quality local food and the continued protection.

The partners will work with a new charity called the Sliabh Beagh Environmental Group to deliver conservation projects on Sliabh Beagh.
